Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our food office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong office skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Except & Log Samples in computer

- Answer high volume phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

- Manage incoming and outgoing emails

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, making labels, filing, and organizing documents

- Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, emailing documents

- Provide support to other team members as needed

- Other tasks as assigned

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in office tasks such as data entry, filing, emailing and record keeping

- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications

- Proficient in using (Gmail, Word, Excel, Team, Zoom)

- Previous experience as receptionist is a plus but we will train someone who is a self-starter, with an extremely organized and customer service-oriented personality.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

- Precuse Attention and quickly adapt to new responsibilies

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
